Location

Tres Chimbadas Lake Lodge is located in the buffer zone of the Tambopata National Reserve, in the Madre de Dios region – Peru, on the shores of the majestic Tres Chimbadas Lake.
An ideal place for those seeking to disconnect from urban noise and live an authentic Amazonian experience, surrounded by nature, tranquility and biodiversity.

How to get there?

Access to the lodge is by land, starting from the city of Puerto Maldonado.
The journey begins towards the town of San Bernardo, located at kilometer 30 of the Cusco highway (left bank).
From there, we continued along a rural route of about 18 kilometers, passing through enchanting jungle landscapes. The entire journey takes approximately an hour and a half.

During the journey, you will have the opportunity to observe local farms, typical fauna and everyday scenes of Amazonian life, which enrich the experience from the very first moment.

Important note

The wild species that inhabit the Amazon rainforest live in complete freedom within their natural environment. Therefore, animal sightings are not guaranteed, as they depend on the weather, the time of day, and luck. Every encounter with wildlife is a true privilege that nature offers us.

Recommendations for your stay

To fully enjoy your jungle experience, we suggest you bring:
• Polo shirts or long-sleeved shirts
• Lightweight and comfortable trousers for walking
• Sun hat or cap
• Insect repellent and sunscreen
• Flashlight or headlamp (electricity is provided at set times by the generator)
• Rain poncho
• Sandals and closed shoes

Please inform us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special medical conditions.
